What is TeklFlow?
TeklFlow is a WhatsApp CRM and automation platform. Your team works from a shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business API, sends template broadcasts, builds automations, and can add AI-drafted or automatic replies.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. TeklFlow connects to your own Meta WhatsApp Business account through the official Cloud API. Connecting takes a few manual steps in Meta's dashboard, and we have a getting-started guide for them. Read the setup guide
Which AI providers can I use?
OpenAI, Anthropic, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as Ollama or vLLM. You use your own key and pay your provider directly. AI is optional.
Can my whole team use one number?
Yes. Everyone works from the same inbox with roles (owner, admin, agent, viewer), conversation assignment, internal notes and presence indicators.
Does TeklFlow work with my other tools?
There is a REST API, signed webhooks, a webhook step inside automations and an MCP server, so you can connect your own systems. We don't offer ready-made integrations with specific third-party apps. See the developer features
Is it available in my language?
The app interface is available in English, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish. Each deployment runs in one language.
Who pays Meta's WhatsApp fees?
WhatsApp's own conversation charges are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account. They are separate from TeklFlow's pricing. See TeklFlow pricing
