TeklFlow terms of service

Agreement

These terms are between you and TeklTalk and apply to your use of TeklFlow. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use TeklFlow for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including your team members' use.
• You choose who has access and with which role.

WhatsApp and Meta

• TeklFlow works with your own Meta WhatsApp Business account. You must have the right to use it and keep it in good standing.
• You must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and applicable law, including having the consent of the people you message.
• Meta may restrict or suspend a number or account. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions or for Meta's charges, which Meta bills to you.
• TeklFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Your content and data

You own the contacts, messages and other content in your workspace. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for it being lawful to store and send. See our privacy policy.

AI features

AI replies are generated by the provider you connect and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them, and decide whether to send them. You are responsible for what is sent to your customers and for your AI provider's charges.

Acceptable use

Do not use TeklFlow to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages, to break WhatsApp's rules, to attack or overload the service, or to access data that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does.

Fees

Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page. Meta's WhatsApp charges and your AI provider's charges are separate and paid by you directly.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TeklFlow running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change the service, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

Ending your use

You can stop using TeklFlow at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law. On request we will help you export or delete your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TeklFlow is provided “as is”, and TeklTalk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by Meta, your AI provider or other third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for TeklFlow in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved by arbitration seated in Ahmedabad, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
