Comment keyword triggers

Set keywords on a post. When a follower comments with a matching word, TeklFlow sends an automatic private reply and opens a DM conversation to continue.

Story reply workflows

When someone replies to your story, a workflow begins. Respond, qualify the interaction, and route it to an agent when it needs a person.

Instagram DM conversations

Manage Instagram DMs in the shared inbox alongside your WhatsApp conversations — same assignment, notes and quick-reply tools.

Agent handoff

The automation handles the routine; when a conversation needs a person, it lands in the inbox assigned and ready, with context from the automated steps.

Instagram automation requires a professional account (business or creator) connected via Instagram OAuth. Meta's messaging policies apply.
