Turn on automatic answers with a cap on replies per conversation and an account-wide rate limit. Bot messages carry an AI badge so your team can tell them apart.
Clean human handoff
Take over from the bot at any time, resume it later, or hand a conversation to a chosen agent or the unassigned queue, with an internal summary note left for whoever picks it up.
A knowledge base
Add the FAQs, policies and product information the AI should answer from. Retrieval uses full-text search, and adds semantic search when you connect an OpenAI embeddings key.
