An AI chatbot for your help center

You have already written the answers. TeklTalk puts them behind a chat box, cites the article each one came from, and tells you which questions your help center does not answer.

The problem

A help center is a filing system, and support tickets are what happens when someone cannot use it. The article exists; the person could not find it, or found it and could not locate the relevant paragraph.

The result is a support queue where a large share of tickets are answered with a link. That is expensive, slow for the customer, and completely invisible in your analytics — the help center looks like it is working, because the people it failed left and emailed you instead.

What visitors actually ask

  • How do I reset my password?
  • Why hasn't my refund arrived yet?
  • How do I change the email on my account?
  • Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
  • Where do I download my invoices?
  • How do I delete my account?

The answer, not the article

A visitor asks in their own words and gets the specific paragraph that answers them, with a link to the full article underneath. The link matters: it is what keeps the help center the source of truth rather than routing around it.

See which tickets you could have prevented

Every question the bot could not answer is recorded, with how close the nearest article was and how often it came up. That is the list of articles you have not written yet, ranked by demand rather than by guesswork.

You can have those sent to you by email or Telegram as they happen, or as a weekly digest, so a new gap surfaces while it is still cheap to fix.

It won't answer what it can't support

Below the similarity threshold you set, the model is not called at all and the visitor gets your fallback message. Nothing is improvised about refunds, billing, or account access — the three subjects where a confident invention causes real damage.

You can also turn on a lead capture form, so a visitor whose question was not answered leaves their details instead of leaving.

Common questions

Will it replace our support team?

No, and it is not built to. It answers the questions your help center already answers, which is the repetitive part of the queue. Anything account-specific, or anything your content does not cover, gets your fallback message rather than an invented answer.

Can it escalate to a human?

There is no live handoff to an agent today. What exists is a lead capture form you can enable, and alerts by email or Telegram when a question goes unanswered, so someone can follow up.

Does it work with Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk help centers?

Yes, as long as the articles are on public pages. TeklTalk indexes the published help center rather than integrating with the tool behind it, so no app or connector is needed on their side.

How do we measure whether it is working?

The dashboard shows how many conversations happened, what share got an answer, which of your pages are cited most, and the full list of questions that went unanswered. Those four together tell you what it is deflecting and what it is missing.
