Remote, and meant it
No office to be near and no hybrid schedule to negotiate. We write things down because that's the only way a distributed team keeps a shared picture of anything.
Small team, wide scope
You'll own features end to end — schema, backend, the part of the UI that exposes it, and what happens when it breaks in production. There's nobody to hand that last part to.
The product is the pitch
