An AI chatbot you can put on every client site
Every plan includes unlimited projects, so a single account covers your whole client roster — each with its own content, its own branding, and its own widget.
The problem
Agencies get asked for a chatbot roughly once a quarter, and the honest answer has usually been that it is not worth the setup. Per-site pricing turns a small retainer add-on into a line item the client questions; per-seat pricing is worse. Anything that needs training data assembled per client is a project, not an add-on.
And the risk sits with you. A bot that invents a client's refund policy is your problem before it is theirs.
What visitors actually ask
- What are your opening hours?
- Do you take on projects under £5,000?
- Which areas do you cover?
- How do I book a consultation?
- What's included in a maintenance retainer?
- Do you work with clients outside the UK?

One account, every client
Projects are unlimited on every plan, including Free, and the allowance is shared across them rather than divided. So you can spread one plan across as many client sites as you like, and add a new one without a pricing conversation.
Each project is a separate bot with its own content, its own settings and its own widget. Retrieval is scoped to one project in the database query itself, so one client's content can never surface on another's site.
It looks like the client, not like us
Each widget takes the bot's name, tagline, welcome message, accent colour, launcher icon, corner and nudge message. Text contrast is derived from the colour automatically, so a pale brand palette still reads.
On the paid tiers there is no "powered by" badge, which is usually the deciding detail for work delivered under an agency's own name.
Setup is a task, not a project
Paste the client's sitemap, let it index, and hand over one script tag. No training data to assemble, no prompt to write, no per-client model to maintain.
Lock each widget to the client's own domains so it only answers where you put it.
Common questions
Is there a limit on how many client sites I can run?
No. Every plan allows unlimited projects. What varies between tiers is how much content the account can hold in total, how many messages it can answer each month, and whether the widget carries a badge.
Can I remove the branding from client widgets?
Yes, on any paid plan. The Free plan carries a small badge on the widget.
Can clients log in and see their own conversations?
Not today. An account is a single login with no separate roles or per-client access, so the dashboard is yours rather than something you hand over. Unanswered-question alerts can be emailed, which is usually the part a client wants to see.
Can one client's content leak into another client's bot?
No. Every retrieval query is filtered to a single project in the database query itself, and ownership is re-checked on each request rather than trusted from the browser.
