Integrations

Always connected. Never miss a notification.

Deploy your bot on your website, your Shopify store and in Slack, and get told about every lead, ticket and unanswered question by email, Telegram or a Slack channel, whichever you actually look at.

Deploy

Put your bot where your customers already are

One bot, trained once, answering in more than one place. Each place below is live today.

  • Every plan

    Your website

One script tag. A chat panel with cited answers, suggested questions, follow-ups, thumbs and a path to a support ticket. Colours, tone and domains are yours to set.

  • Every plan

    Your Shopify store

Install from the Shopify admin. The bot answers from your store content and shows product cards, and keeps its knowledge in step with your catalogue.

  • Starter and Pro

    Your Slack workspace

Mention the bot in a channel or message it directly. It answers in the thread with the pages it used, and you choose which project answers in which channel.

Notifications

Hear about it wherever you'll see it

Choose, event by event and project by project, which channel tells you. A broken Telegram link never blocks the email.

Email Every plan

Always on for your account. Alerts go to you and to teammates who opted in.

Telegram Every plan

Link a chat once and get new leads and tickets on your phone as they arrive.

A Slack channel Starter and Pro

Pick a public channel for each project and the alerts land where your team already works.

Alerts cover new leads, new conversations, questions the bot couldn’t answer and support tickets. The weekly digest comes by email and Telegram. Conversation and unanswered-question alerts are limited to one an hour so a busy day doesn’t bury the ones that matter.

Slack

More than an answer bot in your workspace

Everything below works in Slack on Starter and Pro.

  • One workspace, many bots

Bind each channel to a different project. #sales can answer from your pricing site while #support answers from your help centre, and direct messages use a default you choose.

  • Answers you can rate and follow

Under each answer: the sources it used, up to three follow-up questions to click, and thumbs up or down. They follow the same switches as your website widget.

  • Create a ticket without leaving Slack

When the bot can't answer, one button opens a support ticket with the conversation attached. It uses the email on the person's Slack profile, or asks for one, and replies come back by email into the same ticket.

  • Alerts in the channel you pick

New tickets, leads, unanswered questions and conversations, each switched on or off per project, posted to the Slack channel you choose for that project.

What it doesn’t do yet: hand a Slack thread over to a person live, or let you browse tickets from inside Slack. For now a person gets involved through a ticket and the alert that announces it.

Common questions

Which plans include Slack?

Starter and Pro. Email and Telegram alerts, the website widget and the Shopify app are on every plan, Free included. Slack questions count toward your monthly message allowance like website chats do.

Does the bot read everything in my Slack?

No. It only sees messages that mention it and direct messages to it, in channels it has been invited to. It doesn't read other channel traffic.

Can different Slack channels use different bots?

Yes. One workspace can serve several projects: each channel can be bound to its own project, and any channel without one, plus direct messages, uses your default project.

What does the bot say when it can't answer?

The same fallback message you set for your website, with a Create a ticket button so the person isn't left stuck. The ticket lands in your normal ticket queue.

Can I get alerts in Slack without the bot answering questions there?

Yes. Alerts are set per project on its Notifications page and are separate from where the bot answers. You can use either or both.

What happens if we downgrade or disconnect?

On a downgrade to Free the bot stops answering in Slack straight away and your settings are kept. Disconnect, or remove the app in Slack, and the stored access token is erased; reconnecting restores your channel choices.

Is there live human takeover in a Slack thread?

Not yet. A person gets involved through a ticket and the alert that announces it. If you need a teammate to answer inside the thread itself, that isn't something we do today.

What else can I connect?

Today the bot can live on your website, in Shopify and in Slack, and you can be told by email, Telegram and Slack. We list what is built, not what is planned.
